What is Gamble feature?
The gamble feature is an optional mini-game offered after a standard win. The player wagers the win on a card-color or card-suit guess: a correct guess doubles or quadruples the amount, while a wrong guess forfeits it entirely. The feature has its own return-to-player rate, often lower than the base game, and is unavailable in some regulated markets.
How the mini-game works
After any paying combination, the player can choose to gamble rather than collect. The most common format presents a face-down card: guessing the color correctly (red or black) doubles the win; guessing the exact suit correctly quadruples it. A wrong guess removes the win completely.
Effect on session variance
Using the gamble feature raises the effective variance of a session. It provides a path to larger payouts from modest wins, but every use also carries the risk of losing the accumulated amount. Some titles cap the number of consecutive gambles or the maximum amount that can be risked.
Availability
