What is Autoplay?
Autoplay lets players run a set number of consecutive spins without manually clicking for each one. Before starting, the player sets the number of rounds and optional stop conditions such as a loss limit or a single-win threshold. The feature is common in online slots and may be restricted or removed by regulators in some jurisdictions to encourage more deliberate play.
How it works
Autoplay queues a chosen number of spins at the current bet level and executes them one after another. Stop conditions let the session pause automatically when the balance drops by a set amount, rises above a target, or a bonus round is triggered.
Regulatory restrictions
Several regulators, including the UK Gambling Commission, have limited or removed autoplay to encourage active player engagement. Where it remains available, most games still interrupt the sequence when a bonus feature activates, since those rounds often require player choices.
Effect on game math
Autoplay does not alter RTP or volatility. It changes only the interaction model, not the underlying game mechanics.
